Terms of use
Acceptance
By downloading and using Qalkan: Digital Business Card you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app on your devices for your personal or business needs. You may not reverse engineer it, copy and redistribute it, or present it as your own product.
Your cards and content
The details you put on a card and the images you add are yours. We process them to build and store your card and, if you publish it, to show it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on a card and for having the right to use it. You may not use someone else's identity, trademark or logo without permission, or publish content that is misleading, unlawful or infringes the rights of others. We may remove such content.
Free tier and ads
On the free tier you can create two cards, use the free templates and export with a small watermark. In the store version the free tier will show ads. Ads are never shown on the card editing, export, purchase or account screens, or on anything you share.
Purchases
- Pro is purchased through the App Store or Google Play; payment, billing and refunds follow the rules of that store.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You cancel in the subscription settings of your store account.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.
- When Pro ends, your cards and links keep working; your two oldest cards stay editable and the others become read-only.
- Refund requests go to the store where the purchase was made.
Published cards and links
Publishing arrives with the store version. The link and QR code of a published card keep working until you remove them; the end of Pro does not close a link. The address of a deleted card is never given to another card. We may unpublish cards that carry content against these terms.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Checking an exported file before sending it to print is your responsibility. This does not limit your rights under consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Qalkan name, logo, interface, templates and code belong to us. You may freely use the cards you make with the templates for your own work; you may not redistribute or sell the templates themselves. Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC.
Changes and termination
If these terms change, the effective date on this page is updated. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting your cards and the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights under the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain.
