Privacy policy
In short
Your business card details are kept on our servers so that we can build your card and keep it across devices. We collect no personal data from the people who open your card and we do not market to them. The test version has no ads and no analytics; in the store version the free tier will show ads.
Account and identity
When you open the app, an anonymous account is created for you. We do not ask for your name, e-mail or phone number to create it. When you choose to publish a card, you will be asked to link the account to your Apple or Google account so the card is not lost; this arrives with the store version.
Data kept on the server
- Card details: the name, title, organization, phone, e-mail, KEP, address, website and social accounts you put on the card, plus the template and appearance you chose.
- Photo and logo: the images you add to the card. Image metadata (location, device information) is removed before upload.
- Account identifier: the anonymous identifier that ties your cards to your account.
- Purchase status: whether you have Pro and when it ends.
This data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt) on Google Firebase. Card content is not written to error logs or measurement data.
What stays on your device
- Exported files (PNG, PDF) are produced on your device and shared only where you choose.
- When you pick a photo, only the image you select is read; no access to your library is requested.
- Small interface preferences are kept on the device.
The app does not access your location, contacts or camera.
Published cards and visitors
Publishing arrives with the store version. When you publish, only the fields you choose become public; fields you hide never leave the server. The profile page is closed to search engines by default.
No personal data is collected from people who open your card: no IP address and no cookies, only anonymous counters such as total views. They receive no e-mail, notification or promotion.
Ads and consent
The test version shows no ads and collects no advertising identifier.
In the store version the free tier will show ads through Google AdMob. Where required you will be asked for ad consent, and on iOS for tracking permission: if you allow it, ads may be personalized; if not, non-personalized ads are shown. For Pro users the ad component is never started. Your card content is never added to an ad request. This section will be updated before ads are turned on.
Purchases
Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; your payment card details never reach us. To verify a purchase and restore Pro, your anonymous account identifier, the store receipt and the product identifier are sent to RevenueCat.

Retention and deletion
When you delete a card in the app, its details and images are deleted from the server. Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.
You can ask for your account and all of its data to be deleted. In-app account deletion arrives with the store version; until then you can send the request to the contact address below.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Under KVKK and the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. You can see and change your card details in the app at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date on this page is updated.
